Just took mine off and put on a pair of forward controls from Raask in Sweden. (What a relief !)If the bolts are stuck, tap gently with a small hammer...that will help. Bolts and nuts that are seeing lots of sand, rain, salt or whatever like those on the footpegs might be tricky to get loose on older bikes. By the way - why are you taking them off ?
